What does the slang word Delish mean?
Delish means delicious or yummy and is used to describe food. So, if someone says “This food is delish”, they mean that the food tastes very good and is enjoyable to eat.
Here are some example sentences using delish with this meaning:
- I just had the most amazing sandwich, it was delish.
- I can’t get enough of my grandma’s cooking, everything she makes is delish.
- I’m so excited to try this new restaurant, I’ve heard that their food is delish.
