
TELL ME ABOUT IT is a conversational response phrase you can use, when someone tells you about a problem they’re having, and you’re experiencing the same or similar issue
A: Oh man, I just found out I have to work on Saturday again.
B: Tell me about it! I’m working every weekend this month too.
A: Oh man, I can’t believe the air conditioning is broken again, it’s so hot in here
B: Tell me about it! This room is so stuffy I can’t concentrate
A: Man, I can’t believe how much cleaning and laundry I have to do every day.
B: Tell me about it! It feels like it’s never ending.
Keep in mind the best way to remember this or any vocabulary in English is to take the word or phrase write it in a sentence that’s true for you or true in your world and then memorize your sentences.
