GINORMOUS

What does GINORMOUS mean? | jīˈnôrməs |

Ginormous is an informal, conversational word used to describe something that is extremely large or big. Ginormous is a combination of the words “gigantic” and “enormous.”
Here are some example sentences using Ginormous with this meaning:

  • I can’t believe this company has a ginormous budget for marketing this year.
  • I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with that ginormous stack of paperwork on my desk anymore.
  • Have you seen the ginormous plants they have in the lobby? They’re almost as tall as the ceiling!
