IN SHAPE / OUT OF SHAPE
When you are IN SHAPE you are in good physical condition, maybe because you work out at the gym. When you are OUT OF SHAPE you are not in good physical condition, maybe because you never exercise.

  • Eddie is in great shape because he goes to the gym and eats healthy food.
  • A lot of people are out of shape these days because they don’t exercise.
  • I need to get in shape. Bathing suit season is coming!

How about you? Are you in good shape? Are you out of shape?
