  1. Hi Michael,

    Before we go to bed, we shouldn’t eat too much, or drink alcohol, or use a computer. A bedroom should be a peaceful space; no TVs, no computers, or bright lights.

    It looks hard for my daughters to get up in the morning.

  2. Hey there, Michael. Below the ‘Sleeping Michael’ emoticon, it reads ‘Learn go to sleep, go to sleep…’. Is my conection or something not working properly or have you made a mistake? No problem, Michael, but I’m just warning you for learners that come later and get confused 🙂
