This morning, one of the viewers of my YouTube channel asked me about the difference between using should and be supposed to. That’s really a great question and so I thought I would share the answer with everyone here.

  • I should cut down on coffee.
  • We should hurry or we’ll miss the train.
  • I’m supposed to be at the office by 8:30am.
  • We are supposed to be at Jack’s office before 5:00.

  • I should quit drinking coffee.
  • I’m supposed to quit drinking coffee.
